1:1 sound healing

Embark on a journey towards improved health and well-being with personalised one-to-one sound healing sessions. By discussing your individual concerns and needs, I will create a customised healing plan tailored to your unique situation.

During a session I will use a variety of instruments and techniques to help you to relax, release tension, and promote healing. You can expect to leave the session feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a greater sense of clarity and focus.

DURATION : Either 60 or 90 minutes

INCLUDES

  • Intake conversation and tea including a personalised bio-sound-field energy assessment (optional)

  • Guided visualisation/meditation

  • Sound medicine/therapy for your mind-body-soul

  • Self-care techniques to take home. Oracle Cards/Readings (optional)

  • Support (Whatsapp/Telegram, email, phone) for up to two weeks after your session.

COST

60 minutes : €60 (only sound)

90 minutes : €75 (includes intake conversation and self-care techniques).

  • Special discount for a package of 4 sessions!

  • Please note that transport costs to your home or location are not included and are at a minimum cost of €15-30 (depending on location)

group sound baths

Experience a group sound bath where the instruments, frequency, and rhythms used are tuned into the energy of the group.

DURATION

90 minutes

INCLUDES

  • Opening and Closing Circle & Tea

  • Short introduction to Sound Healing

  • Breathing or gentle yoga exercise

  • Meditation (Silent, Mantra or chakra vocal toning, …)

  • Sound journey for 60 minutes using various instruments (Gong, drum, singing bowls, crystal bowls, flute, koshi chimes, tongue drum, kalimba,…)

  • Optional: journal writing, Oracle cards

COST

90 minutes: €20 per person for a group of minimum 4 people

90 minutes @your chosen location or home : €35 per person (+ additional transport costs)
